Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Rareform Collective Ltd ("Rareform", "we", "us") for any services, or by using our website at rareformcollective.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Rareform provides web design, SEO, AI automation, branding, content production, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed in writing before work commences, via a project proposal or statement of work.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on all one-off projects.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are handed over.
• Monthly retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month.
• Payment plans are available and must be agreed in writing before project commencement.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design assets, code, and content created specifically for their project. Rareform retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences. Rareform will advise on any licencing requirements during the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within 5 business days
• Provide accurate information about their business and requirements
• Not use delivered work for unlawful purposes

Project delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £75/hour.

7. Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time. The deposit is non-refundable. If work has progressed beyond the deposit stage, a pro-rata fee for work completed will be charged. Monthly retainers require 30 days' written notice to cancel.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rareform's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. SEO & Results Disclaimer

While we apply best-practice SEO techniques and have a strong track record of results, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels. Search engine algorithms are outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
